Amir is the founder and Managing Director of Spark Capital.
He has over 15 years of experience in international real estate investments with special focus on the German market, where he completed over EUR 1.5B in transactions.
Prior to founding Spark, Amir served as the Head of Real Estate at Phoenix Insurance Group and founded and managed Aurec Real Estate GmbH.
Amir holds an MBA (magna cum laude) with a major in Finance from Tel Aviv University.
Fabian is Vice President of Spark Capital. He has over 5 years of experience in German real estate investment and serves as the Head of Transaction at Spark Capital.
Before joining Spark, Fabian worked at EY Real Estate, focusing on buy- and sell-side mandates in German real estate and infrastructure investments.
Fabian holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with a major in Finance and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering.
Michael is an independent architect and project manager with over 20 years of experience in national and international real estate markets, consulting on real estate investments, technical due diligence, project management and technical asset management with special focus on the German and French market.
Michael studied Architecture at the Technical Universities of Vienna, Berlin, and Darmstadt.
