Amir Ramot

Founder and Managing Director

Amir is the founder and Managing Director of Spark Capital. With over 15 years of experience in global real estate investments, he possesses a deep understanding of the industry, with a special focus on the German market. Throughout his career, Amir has successfully completed over €1.5 billion in real estate transactions in Germany. Before establishing Spark Capital, Amir held a role as the head of Real Estate at Phoenix Insurance Group. He also co-founded and served as the Managing Director of Aurec Real Estate GmbH. Amir's educational background includes an MBA (magna cum laude) with a major in Finance from Tel Aviv University.

Michael Theil

HEAD OF TECHNICAL ASSET MANAGEMENT

Michael Theil is an independent architect with over 20 years of experience in the German and international real estate markets. His expertise lies in all technical aspects of real estate investments, encompassing areas such as technical due diligence, project management, tenant improvement programs, CAPEX implementation, and technical asset management. Michael studied Architecture at the Technical Universities of Vienna, Berlin and Darmstadt.

Lukas Mayer

Transactions Manager

Lukas is a Real Estate Specialist focusing on transactions and underwriting. Before joining Spark, Lukas worked at a prominent Big 4 consulting firm, where he gained extensive experience in real estate valuation, financial due diligence and financial modelling. Lukas holds a master's degree (cum laude) with a major in Finance and Strategy from the University of Maastricht and the University of Adelaide.
